Help define the future of the Lake George Land Conservancy! Over the past 33 years, the Lake George Land Conservancy has worked with people and organizations throughout the Lake George Region to protect the land that protects the lake. We have come a long way in that time thanks to people like you. We have protected nearly 12,000 acres, including more than six miles along Lake George, 16 miles of streams that flow into the lake, and 680 acres of wetlands that clean water before it makes it way into the lake. These lands help protect water quality, view sheds, and wildlife, and our public preserves provide opportunities for people to connect with the land that protects the lake, building a culture of stewardship.
Because we can’t do our work without you, we want to hear from you as we plan our work for the next few years. We’d like to know what our friends and supporters value about the region, our conservation work, and how we might respond to different challenges facing our region.
